Uncensored and Extended Versions...
The series does not go uncensored until episode S04E06 Petarded. 
Even then, not all episodes feature extended scenes or 'F' Bombs.

Regarding S04E28, 29 and 30...
These episodes are not officially released on DVD as 3 episodes.
However, Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story contain all 3 as one movie 
and can be found in the Specials folder of season 4.

Numbering of Specials...
I followed the numbering formula as per TVDB 
https://www.thetvdb.com/series/family-guy/seasons/0 
Everything numbered after 50 has no listing there.
If you use PLEX media server, this will help you to play these files,
provided you keep them (all) in Specials labeled sub folder of Family Guy main folder.
After you update libraries, those 51 and up, you will need to manually labeled for the title to display.
If none of this makes any sense... well it would if you used PLEX, but apparently, ya don't!

Why 2 copies of S01E05 A Hero Sits Next Door?
Region 1 NTSC DVDs are the main source for all files.
But this episode is missing a small scene at 18:16.

In Specials folder I included a 2nd version (numbered S00E51) that included said scene.
The quality of this PAL sourced video looks poor compared to the NTSC sourced files.
So I left it up to you. (keep it, swap it, delete it, whatever)

Why only to season 8? 
Because I need a break from this title, to start something else 
and fulfilling the older 4:3 aspect ratio (1.33:1) episodes seemed like a good place to do so.
Maybe I'll do the others later... maybe I won't. Time will tell.
